General Summary of Duties:

The Population Health Specialist will be the boots-on-the-ground team member for improving the quality of health care in Alaska. At its core, Envoy Integrated Health is a quality improvement organization, and this position does the hands-on work of quality and process improvement. The Population Health Specialist will help design, implement, monitor, and assess the effectiveness of initiatives to improve patient care across the Clinically Integrated Network. This will span a broad range of duties including interacting with member clinics, patients, providers, state agencies, coordinating public health and quality improvement projects, database management, and administrative duties. The Population Health Specialist will work closely with the Operations Director and Chief Medical Officer, and under the overall direction of the Chief Medical Officer and Chief Executive Officer.
