Clinical Data Specialist
Department: Clinically Integrated Network

The Clinical Data Specialist collaborates with Envoy staff and network members to enhance the quality and accuracy of healthcare data and metrics. This role supports initiatives related to value-based care, population health, and community health by participating in projects that drive measurable improvements. Key responsibilities include working with payors on value-based contracts, supporting the development of and maintaining a population health database, generating performance reports, and improving data sharing with network members.

General Summary of Duties:

-Works closely on Value Based Contracts with Payors and Members to improve the quality and accuracy of metrics and data.
-Work with partners and other team members on the creation and maintenance of a population health database.
-Create and distribute routine data reports for members focused on performance, efficiency, quality and similar metrics.
-Partner with the Health Information Exchange to work with members to improve the quality of data sharing and reporting metrics.
-Partner with Envoy members to implement a strategy for delivering actionable data to network members to achieve success in value-based care contracts and quality metrics.
-Support and uphold established policies, procedures, objectives, quality improvement, safety, environmental and infection control, and codes and requirements of accreditation and regulatory agencies.
